The "official" start of the college football season this weekend is a great time to jump into football conversations. (There were a handful of games last weekend, but this week is Week 1 on the schedule.) The conversations could be about your favorite team or hearing about a colleague's favorite team. 

Even if you're not a huge football fan, the football season is a huge advantage in building relationships.
